The good news: We found out the final court ruling has occurred! Now, we wait for processing at the AIT (American Institute of Taiwan) aka Embassy. He requires a "special" exam with the report translated and sent with other document to the Embassy before we will receive an appointment and travel date. So, we wait some more. Our best guess is mid-April for the Embassy appointment with travel "sometime" before then.
